Thank you so much for Ffion, she has settled in beautifully with our other donkey. You couldn't have been more helpful or enthusiastic in your dealings with us. Delivery was simple and your help and advice was invaluable and we will be getting more advise from you in the near future, especially over Ffion's foaling. All round great service.

Fizz the Filly

Many thanks for the beautiful little filly that you sold us in September, she's integrated into the family really well. She's healthy, with a fantastic temperament, beautiful, such a wonderful pony and a credit to you.
She isn't fazed by anything, quite fearless, as proved by our walks around the village, crossing a main road seeing cement mixers, waggon's, even children playing football. We are very happy with our little girl, once again, many thanks.

Alice and Coco are lovely donkeys. They came to me well cared for and with super temperaments. Zoie is very knowledgeable on all aspects of donkey care. Highly recommended!

| Sunnyside Donkeys

Earlier this year we bought 18 donkeys off Zoie.
They were very quiet donkeys, obviously well taken care of and we noticed when viewing the donkeys with Zoie she had a lovely way with them.
Several of the donkeys were suitable for use as 'riding donkeys'.
Zoie also provided us with help and advice re looking after the donkeys. She was very upfront about the nature of the individual donkeys and was very reliable re passports.
We have found on our travels buying donkeys there are several 'unscrupulous' donkey dealers - who do not keep their donkeys in good conditions, the donkeys hooves are not looked after properly and are hard to pin down re passports.
If I wanted to buy more donkeys, I would definitely find out what Zoie had before buying elsewhere.
In addition when delivering the donkeys Zoie was very reliable.

We bought 2 donkeys from donkeys of wales in august 09 having never owned any kind of equine animal before. We had found other donkeys closer to home but decided to go with Zoie from donkeys of wales because of her enthusiasm and obvious love of her donkeys. They also offered to deliver the donkeys to our home at very reasonable cost considering the distance, and ordered for us some much needed head collars and lead ropes. Since owning the donkeys Zoie has always answered any questions we have had and has always been on hand via e.mail and phone to help us out.
I would defiantly recommend donkeys of wales to any one who wants to buy a donkey. Our donkeys, Bert and Ernie have been every thing Zoie said they were and more. They make me laugh when they play and they love having a fuss.

I just wanted to send you a note to say how very pleased we are with Adrian. He is part of the family and a real character.
I also wanted to say thank you for your generosity in letting us have him before being weaned with the loan of his mother, Dolly, who is so well behaved and a real sweetheart! I am hoping Adrian will be just like her! It was great to come to your place and see all the donkeys, young and older and meet you. And thank you for your follow up texts to see how we are getting on. I have felt that if there was anything I needed to check or help with then you are just at the end of the phone.

Donkeys of Wales kindly provided us with 2 jenny donkeys for our park. Nothing was too much trouble with aftercare advice. Donkeys settled in with other animals beautifully. Highly recommended!

I recently found myself in the urgent situation of needing a field companion for my donkey, Murphy - I had just lost one of my mares to an acute infection meaning he would be on his own if I took my remaining mare out for a hack. After combing the internet I found Donkeys of Wales and emailed Zoie immediately to see if she could help with my predicament.
Her response was both very prompt and very helpful and after several emails flying back and forth, the deal was done and I purchased Rosie. Zoie even agreed to deliver her to me and within a couple of days my lovely new donkey was happily grazing in the field along with her new companions.
Murphy is totally smitted. Wherever Rosie goes, he follows - five paces behind. What a gent!

In September 2011 I was searching for a companion for my jenny. I found the perfect soul mate for her - Barney! He has been amazing in every way. I would highly recommend Zoie to anyone who was hoping to purchase a donkey.
